360g plain flour
480ml lukewarm water
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
9g dried yeast
Vegan butter for greasing
Creates one very large or 10 individual crumpets. (if you want to create smaller versions please use a greased metal ring to pour the batter into)
